Return & Refund Policy

Return Instructions:
Before initiating a return or exchange, please read all the return criteria listed below (product packaging, return address, refund conditions, etc.).
If any of the criteria is not met, no refund/exchange will be made. The amount will not be refunded to you.

Return Conditions:
We accept refunds/exchanges within 30 days of delivery, except for customized items.
The returned goods must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with original tags, packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
If there is a problem with the product you received, you need to provide relevant information to our customer service email, and we will verify whether this order meets the return conditions as soon as possible.
For orders that exceed 30 days after delivery, if you need to return, you need to pay the return shipping fee.

Return process:
If you confirm that you need to return the product, you can contact our customer service email to inquire about the return conditions and return address.
Or you can refer to the return address in the return policy.
You need to inform us of the return order number after returning the product. If you do not provide it, we cannot match it to your order and cannot process a refund.

Multiple order returns
If you want to return products from two or more independent orders, you must initiate a separate return for each order and send them back separately, otherwise we will not be able to record all returns.

Return fee:
If the product is unusable, inconsistent with the description, damaged, etc. due to our reasons, you do not need to bear the shipping fee.
If we shipped the product correctly and you request a return for your reasons (including dissatisfaction with the receipt, inappropriate size, etc.), you need to bear the return shipping fee.

Return refund:
We will process the refund within 3-5 working days after receiving your returned package and checking it is correct, and the refund amount will be returned to your order account.
If the refund is not received, customers can contact our customer service email: support@huleltd.com. We will prioritize the investigation and processing after receiving your information, and inform the customer after verifying/processing the refund.
If you do not return to the specified address in the policy, you will not be eligible for our refund.

Refund only:
If the package delivery failed due to your problem (including but not limited to the wrong address you provided, the package was refused without contact, etc.), and you no longer need this package, we can only refund the amount excluding the shipping cost of US€5.99.
If the package is lost or seriously damaged due to our reasons and affects the use of the product, we will refund all the amount.
